The Villa Orizzonte project participated in the RIGENERA Circolare Festival, organized by the Ordine degli Architetti PPC of the Emilia-Romagna Region. This festival is dedicated to contemporary architecture and aims to envision cities, communities, professionals, and citizens in a circular and sustainable manner.
RIGENERA serves as a platform to showcase architectural works that best represent the regional territory and its architectural practices. The festival includes a competition that promotes the social dimension of architecture, highlighting its role in creating livable spaces and designing cities and environments in a thoughtful and intentional manner.
Our project for Villa Orizzonte was selected as one of the 10 finalists by a jury of experts, it was presented during the Emilia-Romagna prize-giving ceremony held in Cervia on 22 April 2023.
Moreover, on June the 1st, the "New European Bauhaus in Emilia-Romagna" exhibition took place at the Italian Cultural Institute in Brussels. This exhibition showcased the selected projects from the first edition of the Emilia-Romagna Architecture Prize, including our own Villa Orizzonte project. The exhibition aimed to promote Italian architecture to the international community, emphasizing its social dimension and its ability to create well-designed spaces that enhance the quality of life while respecting the environment.
Participating in these esteemed events and exhibitions allows us to contribute to the discourse surrounding contemporary architecture and highlight the importance of designing with purpose and sustainability in mind. It is an opportunity to generate innovative and beautiful solutions that have a positive impact on people's lives and the built environment.
